Restorative Justice Facilitator Development Initiative
The District of Massachusetts invites applications for its first Restorative Justice Facilitator Development Initiative (“Initiative”). Participants will review and explore the principles of restorative justice and their application in the District’s Restorative Justice Program. The Initiative will consist of a four-day experiential and classroom component, planned for June 2025, and a year-long apprenticeship component. After completion of both components, participants will be eligible to serve and be compensated as facilitators in the District’s Restorative Justice Program.
