The planning committee is encouraging everyone to participate in a "green" conference. Materials, including biographies of the Judges, plenary speakers and panelists will be available on the conference website. Those attending the conference are encouraged to bring a laptop, iPad or other device to the hotel with them, to acess the materials electronically. Wi-Fi will be available to all attendees.
