MDL 2242: In Re: Prograf Antitrust Litigation

LEAD CASE NUMBER 1:11-md-2242

These actions share factual issues arising from allegations that Astellas violated the Sherman Act by unlawfully abusing the regulatory process for generic approval of drugs, and, in doing so, fraudulently delayed the introduction of cheaper generic versions of its immunosuppresant drug Prograf(tacrolimus). These cases have been assigned to Judge Rya W. Zobel.
