Making Multiple Selections with the Mouse

1. To select one entry, move the mouse to the first entry to be selected. Click once to choose the entry, and that entry will be highlighted.

2. To select a number of entries within a sequential range, move the mouse to the first entry to be selected, click and drag the mouse down to the last entry to be selected to select the series of entries, or click the first entry, then move to the last entry, and while holding the <Shift> key down, click the last entry.

3. To select a number of entries not within a sequential range, move the mouse to the first entry to be selected. Click once to choose that entry. Hold down the <Ctrl> key, move the mouse to the next entry to be selected, and click once to choose this next entry. Continue in the same manner until all entries which you want selected have been clicked and highlighted.
