Jurors who have been instructed to report for jury selection on the first day of a trial should call 413-785-6806 after 6:15AM for a message which will inform them if they should report or not, if they should report at a later time on that day, or when they should call back in the event court is canceled. A message also will be put on the court’s jury telephone notification line. That number is 1-800-882-1249.

Jurors who are serving on a trial before Judge Ponsor will be advised by the judge to call 413-785-6804 after 6:15 AM on the morning of the trial. A message will be put on that line by the judge’s clerk. The message will state whether the trial is being held that day or not, or is beginning at a later time.

Jurors serving on a trial before Magistrate Judge Neiman will be advised to call 413-785-6803 to hear a similar message.
