Federal Records Center Address Federal Records Center Phone Toll Free: 781-663-0378 Notice: As of October 1, 2010. the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) Northeast Region-Boston Federal Records Center in Waltham will no longer provide on-site civil and criminal court case review services to the public. Customers seeking to review civil and criminal court cases will need to contact the court directly to arrange to review the case file at the court. NARA will continue to provide copies of civil and criminal court case files directly by fax, mail and scan order services. Public customers can contact the NARA research room staff at the phone number listed above, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (excluding Federal holidays) between 8:00am to 2:00pm. |
